eYFPc [155-238] + araC/pBAD promoter

The C-terminus of fluorescent protein eYFP eYFPc[155-238] is put under the control of the L-arabinose inducible araC/pBAD promoter. Strong RBS BBa_B0034 is used to regulate transcription.

It is used as a negative control in analyzing the functioning of inducible promoter araC/pBAD.
