VP16-AD－Gal4-DBD－ER-LBD (VGE)

The VGE complex consists with 3 protein domain: P65 activation domain (AD)、 a GAL4 DNA-binding domain (DBD) and estrogen receptor ligand-binding domain (ER LBD). It's constitution is similar to estrogen receptor's in some way. When sensing estrogen or estrogen analog， for example ZEN in our project, The VGE complex will activate Gal1 promoter or Gal10 promoter, instead of ERE.
