Manifestation of AIP induced expression

This part is aimed at visualise the expression of AIP-induced agr-regulated system. Therefore, BBa_K515005 (a translational unit of sfGFP) was added to the downstream of BBa_K2309004 which is AIP sensing system with P2 promoter at the end of DNA chain to measure the expression efficiency of AIP-induced system. In addition, this system was used in Lactococcus lactis.
