HheC- F12Q-F186L: halohydrin dehalogenase site-directed mutant

This is the site-directed mutant of halohydrin dehalogenase. We change the phenylalanine to glutamine in the 12 site and phenylalanine to leucine in the 186 site. And this sequence is codon-optimized for E.coli.
