This is a gRNA unit that does not target any E. coli TOP10 genes. It is submitted with the J23119 promoter, and the ferrodoxin terminator. It was used by UNOTT 2017 as a non-targeting gRNA to use as a reference for the effect of other gRNAs (BBa_K2284001-005) that can be used to target promoters (submitted as part of a reporter unit with RFP as parts BBa_K2284006-011).
