roGFP2 level 2 biobrick contains the coding sequence for the expression of the yeast optimized roGFP2 sensor protein tagged with the peroxisomal targeting peptide PTS1 together with a strong promotor and terminator and peroxin13 fused to the fluorescence protein mruby. Correct localization of roGFP2 inside the peroxisome can be proofed using this part.
