SalI Linker Restriction Site
The SalI linker is a restriction enzyme site used to clone two composite parts together. It was located on the 3' end of one composite sequence and the 5' end of a downstream composite part. The newly combined composite part can be cut back down to singular composite Parts by cutting with SalI and a restriction enzyme site in the BioBrick Prefix or Suffix.
