We wish to build a single expression plasmid that can express hsa_circ_0000064 ((cirCtrait)=hsa_circ_0000064(cirBase)= B4GALT2), We created 2 methods for biobrick assembly to tackle this issue; crispr( Cas9 non-coding RNA regulation plasmid) and non-crispr-based synthetic constructs with both genetic constructs consisting of 5 fragments.
