Part:BBa_K2207016
phlAB enzyme
DAPG is initially found in specific strain of Pseudomonas fluorescens. And it has been demonstrated that a cluster named phl responsible for the biosynthesis of DAPG, which contains eight genes, from phlA to phlH. Further studies shows that phlABCD are the DAPG synthesis genes. We successfully cloned the phlABCD via colony PCR from Pseudomonas fluorescens 2P24. In this part, with the M2S intergration technique , whose mechanism is similar to that of Trichoderma Homologous Recombination Kit we providing, the dual transcription unit, homologous arm-URA3 marker-L1-tRPS2-phlA-TEF2-PGK1-phlB-tTDH1-L2, was constructed. It can be cotransformed with BBa_K2207017 to intergrate phlABCD into the chromosome of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
