a cohesin module of ScaB


Usage and Biology

It is a cohesin module of ScaB (28−186 amino acids, GenBank Accession number: CAC34385.1) from R. flavefaciens, and can automatically assemble with a dockerin domain of ScaA from R. flavefaciens. In our project, we use Synthetic Protein Scaffolds to improve the efficiency of enzyme catalytic reaction. This cohensin module is a part of Synthetic Protein Scaffolds. It can automatically assemble with a dockerin module named RFDoc which is from the R. flavefaciens ScaA.
