pENTR rtTA

The reverse tetracycline induced trans-activator (rtTA) is a transactivator used in the Tet-On and Tet-Off systems. rtTA ultimately binds to tetO sites in the pTRE promoter and then mediates interactions that recruit eukaryotic transcriptional machinery.
