pENTR GAL4-VP16
Gal4-VP16 is a transactivator that contains Gal4, a DNA binding protein derived from yeast, fused to VP16, an activation domain derived from the herpes simplex virus. Gal4-VP16 binds to Gal4 sites in a promoter and recruits the eukarytoic transcriptional machinery through interactions mediated by VP16.
