pLIP (SORLIPx2)

This part consists of a synthesised truncated version (SORLIPx2) of the promotor of the light-inducible protein gene (LIP) from Dunaliella microalgae. Activation of the promoter has shown to be stimulated by high intensity light when introduced into Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii (1)(2). The promoter is followed by an RBCS2 intron.
