XylR coding device with mRFP
This biobrick is composed with Pr (BBa_I723018), Elowitz 1999 RBS (BBa_B0034), XylR (BBa_K2023005), a second Elowitz 1999 RBS, mRFP (BBa_K1491009) and a double terminator (BBa_B0015). This part has been designed to prove that XylR protein is synthesized in the cells when the colonies becomes red thanks to the mRFP protein.
