pLac-RBS-CCCUC-RFP-pLpp-CCCUC tRNA

Reporter construct ligated upstream of a suppressor tRNA. The tRNA suppresses the 5 bp insert in the RFP gene. The promoter controlling tRNA production is pLpp, one of the strongest promoters in E. coli.
