pLpp-CCACU tRNA-pLac-RBS-CCACU-RFP

Reporter construct ligated downstream of a suppressor tRNA. The tRNA suppresses the 5 bp insert in the RFP gene. The promoter is pLpp, one of the strongest promoters in E. coli.
