hsp70-p53-luciferase

Introduction

Hsp70 promoter works after heat shock, we linked it with luciferase to make it a reporter. Why do we need a reporter? When setting experiment condition in thermotherapy research, it’s important for us to get a feedback when certain temperature has been reached.
