BBa_K1909012 is a construct of medium [0.33] Anderson promoter BBa_K60800, a weak [0.6] ribosome binding site and the receptor tar-envZ, part BBa_C0082, which is a combination of the chemotaxis receptor Tar capable of sensing aspartate, and the cytosolic domain of osmosensor kinase EnvZ.
Functional Parameters
This combination has the lowest expression of the three combinations BBa_K1909010, BBa_K1909011 and BBa_K1909012. Testing the combination showed that the cells grew very very slow (for miniprep culture more than 48 hours, for colonies on LB-agar plates more than 72 hours). Sequence and Features
