Mutated endolysin specific for Acinetobacter baumannii with terminator. C-terminal HisTag

This biobrick is comprised by the mutated endolysin (BBa_K1904000) assembled with a double terminator (B0015); BBa_K1904002 is in RFC 25 standard to allow protein engineering. It is important to mention that for specifc iGEM TecCEM 16 project purposes, this BB was designed as a C-part for protein fusion. In order to use this part alone, it should be cloned into a plasmid containing promoter and RBS sequences. Additionally the part was complemented with a C-terminal HisTag in order to allow its purification via a Nickel-affinity chromatography.
