GFP regulated by tetracycline, weaker GFP expression.

This device modify from BBa_K145279, designed by iGEM08_KULeuven. It consists if a TetR generator and a GFP under the control of a TetR regulated promoter. Normally the production of GFP is switched off. It can be switched on by the addition of tetracycline(or anhydrotetracycline ). This modified device use Degenerated PCR to make different TATA box at -10 sequences. This composite is similar to BBa_K188713, but the GFP strength is slightly over than BBa_K188713.

Green fluorescence intensity was measured in Rm07 and Rm 13, two medium-low expressions in green fluorescence.
