Miraculin (Yeast optimised, His-tag)

This is the gene sequence ([http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/D38598 D38598.1]) of the Miraculin protein from the Miracle berry (Synsepalum dulcificum) . It was yeast (S. cerevisiae) codon optimised using genome compiler back translation tool and a his-tag was added at the C-terminus to facilitate further purification.
