AckA1 coding part

This part includes the coding region of the AckA1 gene from lactococcus lactis, which catalyzes acetate production from acetyl phosphate. Over-expression in Synechocystis leads to increased acetate production. Use in combination with a pcpc-promoter or ptac-promoter for constitutive or inducible expression respectively. Note that although AckA1 can drive acetate production, it's fitness cost and relatively low Qp make pta the target gene of choice for acetate production (ideally in combination with an acs knock-out for growth-coupled production).
