Dual docking extracellular scaffold
This part is the main construct cloned by the iGEM Concordia 2015 team. It is the entire DNA sequence that allows for the Induction, expression, targeting and attachment of an extracellular scaffold onto the extracellular membrane of the lactic acid bacteria Lactococcus Lactis. This scaffold contains two different dockerin domain that allow for the specific harboring of cohesin-fused proteins.
