mamAB Operon 09

The mamAB Operon is sufficient for magnetite biomineralization. As the length of the mamAB operon is about 17kb, we divided this operon into 10 parts. This part is known as "Part nine" of the full 17kb mamAB operon. It contains the rest of mamS, the mamT gene and part of mamU gene. So you can use it as template for the mamT, and this part can also be assembled with other parts by Gibson assemble and restriction endonuclease.
