CYC1TATA sequence is derived from the TATA box secific sequence of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae which related to snthetic igment CYC1 gene promoter. The sequence act as a supporting role when ribosome in yeast correct identify TRE type compact promoter. In order to make the Tet-on system of prokaryotic origin are better able to play a role in Pichia pastoris,the fragment is very necessary.It is also a major transformation of the project to adapt to the host cells of Pichia pastoris.

CYC1TATA sequence is derived from the TATA box secific sequence of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae which related to snthetic igment CYC1 gene promoter.,act as Promoter recognition and promoter action.At present,it is not reported that the sequence is harmful to human health.Using the part binding partial promoter of TRE ,the promoter of the combination can be effectively combined with the correct conformation of rtTA in yeast cells,form the regulation mechanism of Tet-on system.This is an opportunity for this part to further explore its application in other areas, and whether it can be used to play a role in yeast.
