PYL dimerization domain

A chemically induced domain.


Usage and Biology

We fused these domains to two different halves of protein. These domains were combined to form a chemical inducible heterodimerisation system: PYL and ABI. These two parts interact in the presence of Abscisic Acid and allow functionality of the protein.
