LuxI and GFP behind a Bxb1 compatible genetic switch

The switch is made up of a strong constitutive promoter followed by a terminator. The terminator is flanked by attB and attP so when in the presence of the Bxb1 invertase, the terminator will be inverted, allowing for expression of LuxI and GFP. LuxI is necessary for the production of AHL, a signaling molecule.
