mCerulean gene cassette with P48 promoter and TldH terminator for lactobacillus

The gene cassette comprises of p48 lactobacillus promoter (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1678004">BBa_K1678004</a>), TldH terminator, and mCerulean gene codon optimized for lactobacillus acidophilus. It expresses mCerulean specific cyan fluorescence in E. coli as well.
