Sin3 repression domain + Gli1 DNA-binding domain

This is the Sin3 transcriptional repression domain ligated to the Gli1 DNA-binding domain. It can be used to build synthetic transcription repressors that bind to the lex operator by ligating it to (FPx2*)+(NLS+term)
