Pro-GlgX

GlgX is a genetic sequence which codes for the glycogen debranching protein. This protein removes branches in glycogen chains resulting in glycogen chains which are far more linear. The promoter is IPTG inducible and the genetic sequence is inserted into the standard iGEM vector.
