Colorimetric indicator of cell lysis
This biobrick makes E. coli to have pink color under natural conditions. It is formed by biobricks already available in the registry. It is responsible for the production of yellow chromoprotein (BBa_K1033910) which in the presence of basic media change their color to pink. This part can be used as a reporter cell lysis.
