GFP induced by micro-aerobic promoter vgb

This part consists of promoter vgb, RBS and GFP coding sequence. Promoter vgb is induced under micro-aerobic condition. Activated by the promoter, GFP coding gene expresses and the florescence intensity could represent expression rate of GFP to some degrees, by which we can confirm the character of this promoter. This part was improved by iGEM17_Worldshaper-XSHS. They had submitted a new part BBa_K2512008 which had a stronger expression of GFP
