Yeast optimized superfolder GFP C-terminus (215-238)
This part is the C-terminus of a Yeast optimized sfGFP. It contains the 24 last amino-acids, and needs to bind the 214 amino acids long N-terminus fragment to recover fluorescence. Its goal is to provide readout in protein complementation assays, where two proteins tagged with the two termini come in conctact.
