This is the first part (N-terminal part) of the split Renilla luciferase. To be used with rLuc[2] [1] for any split Renilla luciferase complementation assay.

Example of usage

We used this part in a complementation assay for the study of the interaction between CheY and CheZ bacterial chemotaxis protein (see here for details [[2]]).
