This is the first part (N-terminal) of the split Firefly luciferase. To be used with fLuc[2] [[1]] for any split Firefly luciferase complementation assay.

Example of usage

We used this part in a complementation assay for the study of the interaction between CheY and CheZ bacterial chemotaxis protein (see here for details [[2]]).
