IFP[2]-CpxR under pBAD

This part code for IFP2 fused at the N terminal of CpxR. The sequence is under pBAD promoter. On top of this construct, three others BioBricks (IFP1-CpxR, CpxR-IFP2, CpxR-IFP1) are construction intermediates to build our four final constructs, which aim to find out the orientation of CpxR homodimerization (check out our four final constructs: BBa_K1486056, BBa_K1486009, BBa_K1486010, BBa_K1486011)
