CpxR-IFP[2] under pBAD
This part code for IFP2 fused at the C terminal of CpxR. The sequence is under pBAD promoter. On top of this construct, three others BioBricks (IFP1-CpxR, CpxR-IFP1, IFP2-CpxR) are construction intermediates to build our four final constructs, which aim to find out the orientation of CpxR homodimerization (check out our four final constructs: BBa_K1486056, BBa_K1486009, BBa_K1486010, BBa_K1486011)
