crtE+crtB

This is the fusion protein of Geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthase(crtE) and phytoene synthase(crtB). It can realize the reaction from farnesyl diphosphate to phytoene.Between the two single genes there is the linker peptide sequence GSGSGSGSGS to connect them together.
