Modular Cloning level 1 output cassette for expression of CDS with Hap1

Usage and Biology

NOTE: This part contains no CDS: prior to use, it must be assembled using BsaI with a level 0 CDS compatible with the PlantSyntax (RFC105).

It can be directly transformed (either by crossing or ATT) into lines expressing HAP1 (which can be generated, for example, by way of an enhancer trap), or it can be assembled with a level 1 part expressing HAP1.

The input HAP1 signal is usally amplified.

In combination with an enhancer trap, this part enables efficient production of highly specific expression patterns.
