This part is from Pseudomonas Fluorescens sigma 70 family. ecf20 is a sigma factor, one of transcription factors, which activates ecf20 promoter (BBa_K1461001). From our experiment, we confirmed that this sigma factor activated only its corresponding promoter (BBa_K1461001) and did not activate the other promoter (BBa_K1461002).
