ERG20-2 generator

This part contains lactose inducible expression cassette (BBa_K314103) and the mutant of erg20 [erg20-2] (BBa_K849002). This device is the erg20-2 version of Erg20 generator. According to the proposal of Team British Colombia, the transformant with this part is expected to produce more GPP than FPP.
