IL5Ra+HRV Cleavage Sequence+AraC

This part is Interleukin 5 receptor alpha subunit (IL5Ra) fused to AraC protein.IL5Ra and AraC are connected by HRV cleavage sequence. IL5Ra is membrane protein.This protein 　specifically bind to Interleukin 5 and form hetero dimer with IL5 beta subunit. HRV cleavage sequence is Leu-Glu-Val-Leu-Phe-Gln-Gly-Pro peptid sequence. HRV protease is highly specific for this peptid sequence and cleave after the glutamine residue.
