It's composed of two sections:RhlR CDS (no LVA tag) and terminator,RhlR/PAI2 inducible promoter with RBS (B0030) and RFP.With the RhlR promoter existing,by adding PAI2,the part could be inducibled and expresses RFP promoter.Before use it,you'd better add a terminator to the part's tag.And add a promoter before the RhlR as you want.
