INPN+ModA
Introduction
ModA a periplasmic binding protein, so we should link a outer membrane protein, Ice-nucleation protein (INP) to let it stay locate at the outer membrane surface. So we use a linker to link two parts for location. The BBa_K1405005 contains INPN, ModA and a linker. This plasmid is a composite part used in our molybdate binding assay. It used pGEX4T1 as the vector and expressed the protein and purified the protein by GST-affinity chromatography, and we designed a 2aa protein, its sequence can be cut by SalI, so we can replace different proteins easily.
