This construct consist of tetR (BBa_C0040) and double terminator (BBa_B0015). tetR is tetracycline repressor that bind to TetO operator region in degradation module and it can repressing the expression of downstream gene. In our system, the downstream gene is a fusion of lpp’-ompA-LC Cutinase. We combine tetR with double terminator B0015 so the transcription can more efficient, this is our self regulatory module.
