Constitutively produces pyruvate oxidase.

This part constitutively produced pyruvate oxidase (K137069) at a high level. Preliminary experience shows DH10B cells with this construct grow significantly slower than normal in 5ml LB shaking cultures. This could be either due high protein load or perhaps hydrogen peroxide being produced by pyruvate oxidase. More testing is necessary to see if pyruvate oxidase is functional in vivo.
