RBS + Circular λ-Lysozyme with His6 linker

This part can be used to express circular lysozyme. The termini are linked by a His6 tag flanked by GS spacers. Using this part, we could prove circularization of lambda lysozyme in a Western blot with an anti-His antibody. See BBa_K1362000 for data.
