The secretion signal (SS) of OmpA in E. coli were introduced on the vector of BBa_K1256001. The fusion protein with SS can be produced and secreted outside the engineered E. coli to the culture media. NheI and BamHI sites can be used for cloning the coding sequence (cds). This vector is compatible with the standard BioBrick assembly rule, that is, parts can be exchanged using XbaI and PstI to the NheI and PstI on this vector.
