NheI and BamHI sites were introduced just behind RBS (B0034) and in front of the terminator (B0015)on the vector of pSB1C3. RFP can easily be exchanged with other coding regions and maintain the standard BioBrick assembly rule (E-X-S-P). Furthermore, the front subpart (Plac-RBS) can be cut by EcoRI and NheI site and assembled with other BioBrick parts cut by EcoRI and XbaI. The back subpart (RFP-Tr) can be cut by NheI and PstI and assembled with other BioBrick parts cut by SpeI and PstI.
