A mutant DNA binding Cas9 with an N-terminal linker and BsaI site for ligation

This plasmid contains the coding sequence for a DNA binding non-nuclease mutant of Cas9 preceded by a linker sequence and a BsaI site for ligation of a protein of interest to the C-terminal end of the Cas9. When expressed with a guide RNA, the Cas9 will target the location as dictated by the guide RNA and localize your fused protein to that region.
